We didn’t have many issues on our audit but there were gaps that we needed to fill. That’s when we signed up for YeoCare and now Yeo & Yeo Technology is continuously monitoring our system. If the backup doesn’t work, I get an email that notifies me. I get emails letting me know if we have one computer that needs to be updated or an entire office. YeoCare catches and fixes issues before they can even get to me. That takes a lot of worry off my desk. As busy as my job can be at times, it’s very helpful.
