Bill Stec is the Manager of Recruitment & Campus Relations at Yeo & Yeo. Bill develops and executes strategic talent management initiatives to recruit the best candidates, engage and retain current employees, and drive a high-performance culture across all Yeo & Yeo offices. With over seven years of experience in college career services, he understands the challenges of navigating career choices and employment opportunities. He is passionate about supporting the next generation of professionals and travels throughout the state, attending career fairs and speaking on professional development topics. Recognized for his dedication, Bill is a proud recipient of Corp! Magazine’s Most Valuable Professional Award, MCEEA’s Don Hunt Service Award,  SVSU’s Career Services Professional of the Year and Advisor of the Year Awards, and the RUBY Award.
